CommVault Simpana® Support and eSupport Services

We understand service providers have service levels of their own to meet and signing up to a Service Partner License Agreement gives you access to 24/7/365 support coverage from day one. This can be extended to Business Critical Support (BCS), which is a chargeable service that adds a specialised technical support team to the offering. BCS is ideal for large migration projects.

CommVault Training Services
CommVault can offer training in many formats - on-site, classroom and computer based. Becoming a services partner entitles you to free online training and some classroom courses.

ROMS (Remote Operations Management Service)

CommVault® ROMS™ is global-reach monitoring service and can be a valuable addition for Service Providers to add to their portfolio without any additional investment. ROMS support is a framework of software, systems and personnel that provides managed monitoring for the CommVault-powered enterprise. Similar to the Call Home capabilities available in some storage hardware, ROMS support provides monitoring of key data management, access and protection systems for alerts that indicate Data MAP failures within the CommCell® group. ROMS captures alerts as they happen, helping expedite resolution of issues
