|
Minimum of two CommVault Certified Engineers
|
To be certified individuals must take the courses and pass the exams; the System Administration course is available online, the 2 day Engineer and Support course is a chargeable classroom course

Handle 1st line support calls
|
Calls from the service provider’s customers must be fielded by the service partner
|
Support conditions
|
Service providers that do not achieve or maintain the minimum training requirement must pay for support calls after the first quarter of the agreement
|
Large scale deployments
|
Service providers with significant estates (30TB or more) have an increased training requirement linked to support call incident allocation
